The Short Version
This site doesn't sell your data. It doesn't track you for advertising. It doesn't require an account. The PROJECT.md kit and other downloads don't collect anything. There is no login on Alchemy AI 2.0 — if accounts are added later, this policy will say so plainly before they go live.

What We Collect
We collect as little as possible:
- No account required. You can use the entire site, download templates, and follow every workflow without creating an account. Login is not offered on this version of the site.
- Downloads. Downloading the PROJECT.md kit or any guide does not require an account and does not collect any information.
- Analytics. We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics (such as Firebase Analytics) to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are most useful. No personally identifiable information is collected for this purpose.
What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your data. Ever.
- We do not share your data with advertisers.
- We do not use tracking pixels or third-party ad networks.
- We do not require an account for any core feature of this site.
Third-Party Services
This site uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies. No advertising cookies. There is no login cookie because there is no login. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.
Your Rights

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't bury changes in legal language — if something significant changes, we'll say so plainly.
